Waste incineration line continuous monitoring solutions - Waste and Recycling
In accordance with "Standard for pollution control on the municipal solid waste incineration" (draft), all existing and new the municipal solid waste incinerators need automatic continuous on-line monitoring of main ingredients in incineration flue gas. Monitoring projects should include at least HCl, SO2, NOx, soot, etc., but also need to detect CO and HF in some higher environmental requirements situations.

CEMS-2001 series analysis NO, NO2, SO2 with DOAS, EM-5S measures HCl, HF using high temperature heat and moisture extraction reign laser TDLAS simultaneously.
- EM-5S uses more than 150℃ high temperature throughout the heating extraction (including the probe, heat pipes and measuring cell ), to avoid dust and water vapor interference measurements, and acid which is formed by HCl & HF dissolving in water corroding pipe.
- Reign installation (1-2 meters from the probe) avoids adsorption of HCl and HF pipeline, leading to erroneous measurement results.
- Using "TDLAS + White Pool", is the most advanced online HCl and HF analysis techniques, and the detection limit is as low as 0.1ppm.
- Using compressed air as a sample power, no moving parts, high reliability.
- Supports automatic calibration, remote operation and maintenance, remote software upgrades, 485 and 4-20mA signal output.
