Assessment of the organisation's knowledge management maturity

Workforce ageing, the risk of losing accumulated knowledge and experience, reduced funding and other related issues have led to a reduction in technical innovation and a potential loss of technical competencies. This has focused the attention of all concerned parties on the need for effective strategies and policies for effective Knowledge Management (KM). This paper describes a common framework for KM missions and KM assessment criteria.
