Hangzhou Jiufeng Waste Incineration Power Plant Leachate Concentrate Reduction Treatment Project - Case Study
Application: Leachate Concentrate /Fly ash washing wastewate
Scale: 450 tons / day of concentrated liquid reduction, 180 tons / day of fly ash washing wastewater
INTRODUCTION
Everbright Domestic Waste Incineration Power Plant Project in Zhongtai, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City (hereinafter referred to as: Hangzhou Jiufeng) is a waste incineration power plant constructed by Everbright International (00257.HK) with a total designed waste treatment capacity of 3,000 tons. Jiarong Technology cooperated with China Everbright International in 2016 to construct the concentrated liquid reduction project (450m³ / d) and Fly ash washing wastewate treatment project (180m³ / d) in the leachate treatment process of Hangzhou Jiufeng Project. This project is a large domestic waste Leachate reduction project of incineration plant.
Project Features:
DTRO project for leachate reduction in large domestic waste incineration plants;
The effluent quality and quantity of the equipment have been running stably for more than one year.
Water quality characteristics:
Effluent Water requirements:
Meets the cooling water standard of "Urban Wastewater Recycling and Industrial Water Quality" (GB / T 19923-2005).
The treatment process is a "internal ultrafiltration membrane system + microfiltration (softening) + reverse osmosis system" process.
