Ensuring the adequate supply of air,adequate air can accelerate the combustion ,insufficient air supply will increase the heat loss because of incomplete combustion,which reduces the combustion efficiency.
In the phases of ignition and combustion ,the full mixture of air and fuel must be ensured.In the phase of burnout,we should strengthen the turbulent mixing,and improve the temperature of furnace appropriately.
Reasonable positon of flame front should be maintained,flame front should be in the middle region of high-end grate and central grate,the grate should be well filled with flame.Ensuring that the biomass pellet fuel has enough time to stay in the furnace and on the grate for the sufficient burning.
