A Seasonal Food Processing Plant installed a PEMS for compliance with 40 CFR Part 60 on one boiler at their facility in Hanford, California. The PEMS was certified in July 2008 initially under the draft PS-16.
The Seasonal Food Processing Plant owns and operates a boiler at their facility in Hanford, California. The boiler, identified as Boiler 3, is a 182 MMBtu/hour Babcock and Wilcox natural gas-fired water-tube steam boiler equipped with a Coen low NOx burner, flue gas recirculation system, and selective catalytic reduction system. The boiler is operated in accordance with permit no: C-366-3-7 issued by the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District.
