Base Structures Ltd

Base Structures Ltd

Biogas storage is a fundamental part of all Anaerobic Digestion systems. With capacities ranging from 5m3 to 5,000m3, biogas holders are used to regulate the supply of Methane Gas produced from the decomposition of slurry and organic waste. The membrane gas holder is designed to work like a flexible lung, increasing in size to accommodate extra gas when the Anaerobic Digester plant is producing more than required; and then accurately supplementing the supply when the AD plant is not in itself providing quite enough.

One of our recent customers, Chris Morris of Fre-Energy said, “We have worked very closely with the Base’ team on the design of our new 250m3 gas storage membrane. Having manufactured for the Biogas industry before, we found that they fully understood our requirements and we are absolutely delighted with the end result. ”
