Inversolar Energy was founded as a company specialized in designing and construction of photovoltaic parks, extending subsequently preoccupations towards the electric energy and green certificates trading activities and energy delivery to the final consumers. The initial team was formed by a group of engineers and businessmen, whose goal was to reach performance in renewable energy. After three years of sustained and experience gained in the development of investment in electricity production from renewable sources, Energy Inversolar covered a period of change to reposition itself on renewable energy market in Romania.

In 2011, the company has started investing in the development of the largest portfolio of renewable projects in Romania, with a volume of approximately 300 MW spread over five counties. New opportunities and strategic partnerships have facilitated the transition to a new stage in the development of the company. The first investment in photovoltaic parks strengthened position in the energy market in Romania Inversolar. Thus, at the end of th year, was completed the construction of the first 3.3 MW project and has started construction of further projects.
The team experience expanded in the design and construction of power generation capacities, managing businesses related to electricity, legal, tax and financial advice. By constantly adapting to market conditions and customer requirements, the structure has been improved several departments in order to optimize offered services. At the end of 2013 the company has obtained its license of electricity provider.
