PLAZARIUM TPS industrial plasma systems with steam plasma torches
The PLAZARIUM TPS industrial plasma system is a combination of equipment integrated into a structural and functional package intended for conversion of electric energy into thermal energy with production of high-temperature ionized gas stream.
The plasma system is designed as a single monoblock with equipment for operation of plasma torches, with arc starting devices (oscillators), superheaters, and industrial steam plasma torches connected to it.
The process steam plasma torches within the PLAZARIUM TPS plasma system are intended for creation of a high-temperature plasma jet of large volume and heat power. They are applied in any plasma-chemical reactors for plasma gasification and remelting of different raw materials types, for disposal of hazardous waste with full destruction and with production of ecologically pure synthesis gas (СО + Н2) , in afterburners for the purpose of gas purification from harmful admixtures (resins, dioxins and furans), and for other process uses.
PLAZARIUM PCS plasma cracking units for crude oil, heavy oil residues (fuel oil, sludge, bitumen)
PLAZARIUM PCS mobile plasma cracking units are intended for the implementation of technological process of plasma cracking (destruction) of heavy hydrocarbon fractions (Heavy fuel oil) by means of plasma jet factors to produce hydrocarbon gas and a liquid mixture of motor fuels’ light fractions.
The raw material for processing is heavy hydrocarbon residues (heavy oils and oil residues such as fuel oil, bitumen, sludge, etc.), used motor oils, industrial oils and hydraulic fluids, gas turbine oils, instrument oils, transformer oils, compressor oils, turbine oils, and mixtures of used oil products.
The mobility of plasma cracking unit for HFO (Heavy fuel oil, also known as heavy oil, marine fuel or furnace oil, is a fraction obtained from petroleum distillation, either as a distillate or a residue) provides convenient transportation, allows to place the unit on car chassis, ensures minimum installation work on the site, the possibility of flexible regulation of technological parameters of the unit with minimal costs for adapting the unit to the conditions of a particular enterprise – by composition and volume of processed waste.
PLAZARIUM MGS mobile units for plasma gasification and disposal of hazardous waste
The PLAZARIUM MGS mobile plasma gasification units for waste destruction are intended for ecologically and energetically efficient recycling of carbon-containing wastes in the absence of free oxygen under the influence of extremely high temperatures in the plasma jet (~5000 °С), which ensures destruction of all the components contained in the wastes, with their full destruction into synthesis gas (mixture of carbon monoxide (СО) and hydrogen (Н2)).
The reactor of the MGS plant for plasma-chemical steam gasification and destruction of waste allows for a completely automated mode of the gasification process. Simultaneous control of all the parameters of the thermal process in different points of the plasma reactor construction, along with adjustment of the industrial plasma torches power, makes it possible to achieve full destruction of the feedstock and production of high-quality synthesis gas. The existence of an additional plasma afterburning (plasma cracking) chamber and synthesis gas decay system guarantees full destruction of all hazardous toxic and poisonous chemical compounds, including resins, dioxins and furans. PLAZARIUM PGR multi-functional plasma reactors, gasifiers, and cracking chambers
PLAZARIUM PCR plasma reactors are complicated plasma units where reactions with the use of low-temperature plasma take place. PLAZARIUM PCR plasma reactors are designed for sufficient mixing of reagents; for creating conditions for efficient heat and mass transfer at minimal heat losses; for creating conditions for the necessary chemical reactions, including for the purposes of non-ore material melting and waste disposal.
The possibility of using PLAZARIUM PCR plasma reactors in special-purpose structures and special configurations for plasma destruction of chemical, biological and bacteriological weapon components, destruction of chemical production wastes including organohalogen wastes, pesticides past their expiration dates, polychlorinated biphenyls and other persistent organic pollutants, for destruction of medical wastes, various toxic wastes, and reduction of radioactive waste storage volume, expands the opportunities of equipment application significantly.
PLAZARIUM MPS mobile units for plasma pyrolysis and plasma fractionation for produce fuel
PLAZARIUM MPS mobile plasma pyrolysis units intended for thermal degradation (pyrolysis) of carbonaceous waste to produce synthetic liquid fuel, carbonaceous residue and hydrocarbon gas, followed by rectification of liquid synthetic fuel into gasoline and diesel fractions, hydrocarbon gas and distillation residue into heavy hydrocarbon fraction, with further processing of heavy hydrocarbon fraction in plasma cracking unit to obtain a mixture of gasoline and diesel fractions and hydrocarbon gas.
Possible raw materials for processing are oil slimes, plastics, tires, biomass, and municipal solid waste; removal of organic contaminants from the surface of pipes and various metal structures.
PLAZARIUM MPS mobile plasma pyrolysis units can be used and integrated as an auxiliary unit for hybrid plant, together with plasma gasification unit for waste.
