The unique advantage of GETAI is formed after decades development and exploration, to complete the entire forging Pelton runner with CNC machining, provides more reliable and securer solution for high head hydropower station. In the aspect of Francis runner the blades are formed by steel plate pressuring with 3D measurement guidance and CNC machining, which aim to zero defect with higher consistency and stability to prolong the service life. In the aspect of power plant upgrades we try to provide the best solution base on the analysis of the plant parameters and actual operation condition, the technician will present the most suitable and highest efficiency model of runner by computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology to meet all the requirements.
The technician team is consisted of the professional engineers in different knowledge area as the backbone covers design, metal materials, casting process, heat treatment, welding, machinery and CNC processing which all supported by the advanced testing method, quality control system and strict operation procedure. The quality control in foundry is also supported by various technologies such as casting process simulation system, casting internal detection technology, vacuum oxygen decarburization (VOD) or argon oxygen decarburization (AOD) ultra low carbon refining technology.
The workshop is mounted with more than 30 units of modern equipments such as CNC vertical lathe, CNC boring & milling machine and other large and medium-sized equipments to meet the various machining requirements.
