About Us
Sustainable Energy
Sustainable energy refers to energy derived from renewable sources - such as hydroelectricity, solar, wind, tidal, geothermal - as well as technologies designed to improve energy efficiency. Sustainable energy projects can be a driver of economic growth and resiliency, as well as environmental protection. In developing countries and many communities in Canada, they can also help to alleviate poverty and contribute to social progress.
