6th International Bioenergy Conference and Exhibition
The International Bioenergy Conference and Exhibition is Canada’s longest-running conference devoted to the global bioenergy sector. The International Bioenergy Conference and Exhibition provides opportunities for bioenergy experts, existing businesses and organizations, and new entrants to come together to explore leading-edge concepts and current applications in the bioenergy sector globally.
Conference host city Prince George is located at the centre of the largest wood fibre basket in North America, often referred to as the “Saudi Arabia of Bioenergy.” British Columbia has a natural abundance of wood fibre and is the largest producing and exporting region in Canada for forest and bioenergy products. Prince George is a North American leader in bioenergy, whose businesses have a record of industrial achievement, entrepreneurial activity and leadership in bioenergy technology and forest fibre management.
