Engine detonation with bioethanol cavitation
Bioethanol is an alcohol of an organic origin which receives from a sugar ferment reaction. In the process of ethanol formation, starch from grains of plants turns in simple sugar in reaction with enzymes. Natural sugar ferments with yeast and form a mix of alcohol, water and unfermented remains. Alcohol is separated from a mix in distillation capacities and additionally clears in rectifying capacities at which receives an alcohol mix with water. At dehydration stage from this mix water is eliminated, and receives waterless alcohol which can be mixed with gasoline by using bioethanol cavitation system.
Use of bioethanol cavitation with fuel is one of the major factors for fuel trading on the world market. As a renewable resource it has potential to lower level of pollutions and gases to atmosphere. The correct compounding of bioethanol cavitation with fuel can help to provide lower level of various pollution emissions. The main factor of emissions reduction consists in production of high quality raw materials, and also mixing and realization of ready fuel by using compounding installations, it keep quality of fuel and prevent components stratification.
This alcohol is one of the fuel types which is used today as a direct additive to gasoline and as an initial raw materials for creation of ester additives to gasoline. Other perspective renewable sources are bioester and biobutanol. High quality of ethanol is a basis for its use as fuels, and as initial raw material for other fuel additives. As a rule, fuel with the content of ethanol more than 10% is marked at gas stations defining of consumer compatibility of fuel with recommendations of the car manufacturer and warranty certificates. Special engines are necessary for use of ethanol; they are called flex-fuel type, working at any proportion of ethanol alcohol and gasoline. Standard internal combustion engines can work only at E10 mix (10% of ethanol + 90% of gasoline). Bioethanol as fuel is neutral as a source of greenhouse gases as all process of cultivation of organic raw materials, its ferment, distillation and the subsequent combustion in engines, are completely compensated by carbon dioxide which was involved in growing process by plants on fields. Oxygen which containing in ethanol, provides better burning properties to gasoline. So, the mix of E10 allows to reduce exhausts of aerosol particles to 50%, emissions of CO² — by 30%.
Coming back to fuel blending process wants to mention, that GlobeCore Blending company is intended in production of Bioethanol cavitaion systems. The main destination of the given type of compounding installation is mixing of two to five components. The main place of application is small, average and mini oil refineries plants, oil depots and storages. Installation perfectly proved quality and energy savings properties in the agro and farmer enterprises for bioethanol compounding, fuel processing, processing of diesel fuel, processing of gasoline etc.
