Heat recovery

A heat recuperator absorbs an important part of the calorific energy from gases generated in the combustion of a solid, liquid or gaseous fuel in the process of: melting, heating, toasting, drying, etc. of an specific product. The calorific energy absorbed is transmitted to another fluid, mostly combustion air for the process and fuel saving is so important that the recuperator is amortized in few months (see attached graphic “Fuel saving from combustion air pre-heating”), also achieving a drastic reduction of greenhouse effect gases emissions.
