PennWell Corporation Partners with the U.S. Department of Commerce
Tulsa, OK -- PennWell Corporation, a diversified global business-to-business media and marketing services company, announced a strategic partnership with the U.S. Department of Commerce’s International Trade Administration (ITA). The strategic partnership details plans for PennWell and the ITA to work in close collaboration across PennWell’s trade shows, publications and digital divisions in both the United States and overseas.

PennWell and ITA have worked closely together for more than a decade, with the Commerce Department running International Buyer Programs at a number of PennWell trade shows, including POWER-GEN International, FDIC International and HydroVision International. As part of the new strategic partnership PennWell and ITA will continue to work together on those trade shows, as well as heighten collaboration with PennWell’s international shows such as POWER-GEN Europe and POWER-GEN Asia. The strategic partnership will also include working on developing and distributing content through PennWell’s publications and the innovative pennwellhub™.
