Ray Proctor Named Manager of Eaton`s Aerospace Facility in Charleston, S.C.
IRVINE, Calif. -- Power management company Eaton has named Ray Proctor manager of the Aerospace Group's manufacturing facility in Charleston, S.C., which is part of the company's Fuel and Motion Control Systems Division. Proctor reports to Mike Gallant, vice president of Manufacturing Operations for the Aerospace Group.
'Ray's experience in the manufacturing environment and his in-depth understanding of our customers' needs are strong assets for Eaton,' Gallant said. 'His leadership will be instrumental in maintaining a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement and excellent customer service.'
Previously, Proctor was manager of Operational Excellence for Eaton’s Industrial Sector, based in Columbia, S.C. Before joining Eaton, he was employed by Schneider Electric and served in increasing roles of responsibility, including plant manager for Schneider Electric's facility in Columbia. Earlier in his career, he worked at Eaton's Electrical Sector facility in Fayetteville, N.C.
Proctor holds an MBA from Fayetteville State University and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina.
