Solid waste incinerator for commercial, industrial and medical industries
Granite Environmental solid waste incinerators provide a safe and effective solution for solid waste disposal in environmentally sensitive and remote locations.
Incineration is a waste treatment technology for the controlled combustion of waste organic materials and substances.
Our company has four models for commercial and industrial waste incineration available.
Key Elements For Incinerator Projects:
Key elements to consider for incineration projects are:
- Ease of use and field installation,
- Capital investment,
- Efficiency of the system,
- Long term costs for operation,
- Capacity that is required to be handled and
- Bye products from the stack (chimney).
GEI has a range of incinerators built for small commercial operations, medical institutions, municipal land fill sites and can also assist with custom requirements.
The incinerators are modular, making them easy to assemble in field, and have multi chambered, to effectively handle the combustion process.
- Units are designed with solid waste thermal oxidation in mind and engineered for the unique demands of mixed composition, solid waste disposal.
- The cyclonic secondary combustion chambers with over 1 second retention std. provide turbulent thermal oxidation of combustion gases. This provides environmentally safe stack exhaust gases to atmosphere.
- Weight reducing refractory materials and modular construction are used to enhance ease of erection and installation. This also allows for simpler maintenance of the system.
Typical Incinerator Capacities:
Typical capacities of standard incinerators range from 175-250 lb/hr (80-114 kg/hr) to 363-605 lb/hr (165-275 kg/hr).
Larger units will be manufactured to suit your specific requirements.
Various waste loading options are available such as batch loading, intermittent loading with hydraulic ram or conveyor.
