Territory Sales Manager

Coatings or Construction Material Sales preferred but not required. This position is a 70/30 ratio of working from the company office to traveling within territory developing business and meeting with opportunities/accounts.

compensation: Base salary Plus Commission, Approved Expenses. Extensive Benefits Package

Sales Lead Generation Specialist


The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating leads to support Regional Sales Managers. The individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including marketing leads, internet research, and purchased contact lists.

The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is expected to:

  • Conduct research to identify potential prospects
  • Work with Regional Sales Managers and VP of Sales to develop and grow sales pipeline to consistently meet revenue goals
  • Manage data for new and prospective customers in ACT, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.

Required Experience:

  • A proven track record of developing value added customer relationships
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize work

Technical Experience:

  • Proficient in MS Office Products
  • Experience with ACT or another CRM software package
