Waste Incinerator: tried, tested and ready to go
The latest large incinerator to emerge from our workshops is about to be shipped to Kenya
It’s always an extremely satisfying feeling when, just a short time after we were first discussing the requirements and specifications with one of our agents or customers, we see the actual finished product standing fully completed and freshly painted in its livery ready for dispatch. Designed by us. Engineered by us. Fabricated by us. Finished by us. Tested and certified by us. And now ready for shipment to its final destination wherever in the world that might be. The large incinerator you see here is just waiting to be carefully dismantled and securely packed into a rigid shipping container and then it will be on its way by sea to the port of Mombasa in Kenya.
This contract for a 150kg per hour large incinerator was placed by our Nairobi based East Africa agent – Plenser Limited. Plenser has operated in a very successful partnership with us for many years and as Africa’s leading incinerator company they provide their customers with an invaluable level of experience and expertise. Tellingly, Plenser commission virtually all their specialist incineration equipment from us at Todaysure Matthews and we in turn have complete confidence in their technical knowledge and engineering skills knowing that they will not only provide the correct specifications, but that they will install and commission the waste incinerators to the highest possible standards. We are also fully confident that they are sufficiently qualified and experienced to maintain and service our equipment in order to ensure that it always operates at the highest level of efficiency.
The large incinerator that is now ready for export will be installed at their customer’s site by Plenser engineers. As part of the contract Plenser is also custom-manufacturing in their own workshops a wet scrubber and exhaust chimney that will be installed into the incinerator so as to ensure that any possible environmental risk is controlled and reduced to an absolute minimum. These additional features to the plant will be fitted in-situ as part of the installation and commissioning process.
We are currently looking to appoint suitable agents in a number of countries around the world – including in Europe, the Middle East, Far East, Australasia and the Americas.
