Wolf Group allocates its Combined Heat & Power activities to the new Wolf Power Systems
Source: Wolf Power Systems GmbH
The activities of Wolf-Group subsidiaries Kuntschar & Schlüter and Dreyer & Bosse are to be combined in the field of combined heat and power generation to form a new business unit known as 'Wolf Power Systems'.
Markus Kruse has been in charge of this business unit since 01/11/2015. This means that these activities will be realigned in order for the Wolf- Group to make much better use of the potential available in the national and international combined heat and power markets. In this connection, the change of shareholders initiated within the Wolf-Group in 2011 will also be concluded in early 2016 with the acquisition of partnership shares in Dreyer & Bosse Kraftwerke GmbH (D&B). Furthermore, Felix Fröhlich, who has been the Managing Director of D&B for many years, is passing his shares to the Wolf-Group and has decided to leave the company.
