PBS - Boilers for Biomass Combustion
From Power Engineering - Industrial Boilers
Industrial boilers of our own design supplied in power ranges from 10 to 80 t steam/hour.
Products Details
- Original design of industrial boilers
- The use of modern technology with an emphasis on environmentally friendly operation
Steam boilers are usually designed as a boiler with two vertical membrane passes and one uncooled pass. The first pass consists of the blazing surface of the combustion chamber. Three superheaters are located in the second membrane pass. The uncooled pass contains EKA bundles and air heaters. The structure of the individual parts of the boiler is designed to prevent the ash from sticking to the bundles of convection surfaces and to avoid abrasion of the surfaces.
The biomass is combusted on a grate with a combusion air supply under the grate and at several levels above the grate. The grate is either a belt grate or vibrating grate, depending on the type and moisture content of the combusted biomass. When combusting contaminated biomass or high-chlorine fuel, the combustion chamber is protected against chlorine corrosion with plating or ceramic material.
The boiler is supplied with all accessories, fans, blowers, connecting pipes, fittings, measuring, wiring and a control system.
