Installation and Start-Up:
- Terminals A1 and A2 have to be connected to network electricity.
- Terminals 15 and 18 should be put in series with contactor Winding.
- Current wires should pass through device tubes.
- With connection of network electricity to terminals A1 and A2, OUT signal gets ON, contact of terminal 15 to 18 is made and device is ready to protect.
- By pushing START button in power circuit, system starts.
- If motor starting current is over the limit adjusted by AMPERS potentiometer handle, FAULT signal gets ON and will get OFF after start.
- Attention: It should be noticed to set starting time duration by DELAY potentiometer handle so that output is not de-energized at starting time.
- In the case of any fault during operation, FAULT signal gets ON. Then at the end of time adjusted by DELAY potentiometer handle, OUT signal gets OFF and device internal relay closes.
- In the case of fault correction during the adjusted time, FAULT signal gets OFF and output relay does not close.
- When terminals K1 and K2 have to be not connected together, the device should be restarted by RESET button after fault correction.
- When terminals K1 and K2 are connected together, the device would start automatically after a time about 50 seconds.
