Ruthenium - Model 0.5 mg/cm² - Gas Diffusion Electrode
The most popular Gas Diffusion Electrode (GDE) for use in Direct Methanol Fuel Cells (DMFC). The Platinum Ruthenium on Vulcan 60% (PtRu 60%) catalyst is designed to facilitate the Methanol reaction to create an efficient DMFC. The GDL is 410 um thick woven carbon, but other GDL materials are also available, as are custom sizes and loadings.
