Annual Boiler Service
Our basic service offering is designed for smaller installations, usually featuring single log or small pellet boilers. We arrange a service date with the customer, send a qualified engineer to service the boiler and provide a service report for customer records. We also provide advice on the cost of additional services such as breakdown call outs, in case the need should arise.
Annual Boiler Service with Technical Support
This service plan is designed for smaller systems that have higher levels of sophistication, it includes annual servicing and an agreed amount of remote support. Usually applied to wood chip boilers, multiple boiler or distributed heat systems, this service level offers the customer the benefit of being able to access expert technical support when needed, to optimise the boiler performance.
Routine Boiler Services with Technical Support and Remote Monitoring
Designed for the harder working larger chip or pellet boilers, we provide routine services at the appropriate intervals and our staff will remotely monitor the installation to ensure maximum efficiency is maintained. Regular monitoring ensures any potential issues are identified at the earliest possible opportunity.
Energy Service Contracting or ESCo management allows the customer to enjoy sustainable biomass heat while demanding little or no input from themselves or their staff. Dulas Biomass will handle fuel supply, servicing and all aspects of boiler maintenance and simply invoice the customer for heat provided to them. This type of contract is commonly applied to larger heat loads, often supplied from a centralised wood boiler and may well include providing heat to multiple destinations or district heat networks. The boiler can be owned by the customer or we can provide a financed build, own and operate system.
