We’ll diagnose and repair the fault with no upfront cost 2 and cover future repairs for 12 months when you buy Central Heating Breakdown Cover.

Our engineer will look at your boiler and central heating. If it's possible to repair, we'll fix the fault, including any directly related problems, no matter how much time it takes.
If the original fault was a broken boiler, any unrelated faults, such as a leaking radiator, we'd provide a separate quote for each repair.
We'll then cover future repairs to your boiler and heating system for 12 months.
If we can't cover your boiler due to parts not being available, we’ll cancel the cover, and the engineer will let you know about other chargeable options.

What's not included
- Initial repair doesn’t include the cost of gaining access to make the repair and any unrelated faults which we’ll quote separately
- Any additional necessary work such as improvements to your heating or repairs needed to bring these up to current standards
- Accidental damage
- Annual boiler service
- Removal of sludge and scale or the damage they cause
- Damage caused by someone else you used for repairs or design faults
One-Off Repair
How much you’ll pay will depend on how long it takes to fix your repair and where you live.
One of our expert engineers will take a look at your boiler and central heating and give you a quote to repair them. If you're happy with the quote, our engineer will start the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, you'll only be charged for 30 minutes of the engineer's time. If there are any unrelated faults, such as a leaking radiator when the original fault was a broken boiler, we will provide a separate quote for each repair.
