Remote Monitoring and Diagnostics Services
The remote monitoring and diagnostics system IHI Energy Storage includes in all projects enables the remote services team to provide support to all customers on-demand, at all times. All issues logged are evaluated based on an agreed-upon protocol with the customer and are addressed promptly by the remote services team, who will dispatch the field services team as needed. In addition to informing the remote services team of any ongoing issues, the remote monitoring and diagnostics equipment provides data for periodic state of health audits. These audits are conducted based on a schedule developed with the customer, who receives comprehensive reports and summaries for their understanding and records.
