Newly built 4 anaerobic fermentation plants and projects such as straw storage yard, pump room, double membrane gas storage tank, natural gas compression plant, CNG filling station, organic fertilizer processing, biogas residue and biogas slurry temporary storage tank, wastewater treatment tank, etc. , To purchase 92 sets of equipment (sets) such as straw hoppers, grass grabs, loaders, solid-state feeding systems, pneumatic conveying tanks, and biogas liquid circulation tanks.
The large-scale bio-natural gas pilot project makes full use of agricultural production residues such as straws and realizes the multi-level recycling of waste resources, which is of great significance to the development of ecological recycling agriculture. The project is conducive to expanding farmers’ employment and increasing farmers’ income, and it can also protect the ecological environment and improve the living conditions of residents. The economic, ecological and social benefits are very obvious.
The BENE-SINO project requires real-time online monitoring of methane CH4, carbon dioxide CO2, hydrogen sulfide H2S gas content before and after natural gas purification, so as to adjust the corresponding process, improves the purity of natural gas purification, and increase industrial benefits.
The customer uses portable biogas analyzer GASCHEK-1000 and an explosion-proof design online laser gas online monitoring device BIOGA-1000, and simultaneously monitors the content of methane CH4, carbon dioxide CO2, oxygen O2, hydrogen sulfide H2S, and the technology is advanced and automated, effectively reducing project operating costs, reducing manual calibration operations, adopting automatic drainage and other measures to greatly reduce the workload of the site.
