BIOSAR is a full EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) contractor offering integrated solutions in the areas of design, supply, construction, operation and maintenance of medium and large-scale PV systems all around the world. Their headquarter is located in Athens, Greece.
Three large BIOSAR solar plants in Brazil and Australia have recently been equipped with Lufft weather sensors by the Greek Lufft partner AEVEKO. The project team decided the WS300 and WS600 compact weather sensors to be the best for the monitoring tasks:
- Three (3) WS600 weather sensors are installed at the SUSAN RIVER 95 MWp Solar plant in Australia
- Nine (9) WS300 are in use at the PIRAPORA 400 MWp Solar plant in Brazil
- Two (2) WS600 and four (4) WS300 monitor the GUIMARANIA 80.58 MWp solar plant in Brazil.
