Precautions for operation of charcoal rod making machine

Charcoal machine-made rod machine operation precautions:

1. Fasten all the connecting screws for inspection, especially the three jack wires inside the heating cylinder.
   Check all the creamy parts.
   Check whether the power supply voltage is normal.
   No-load instigation work for 30 minutes, no cards, bumps and other abnormal phenomena, you can put into normal production. When an abnormality is found in the test machine, the vehicle must be parked immediately to find the notice, and the malpractice shall be wiped out before the no-load work.
   Adjust the temperature regulator to the required temperature, the briquette machine, when the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, it can be turned on, and feed the briquette machine appropriately.
   Gradually increase the input until the pass product is normally produced. When the normal production is 30 minutes, the test run can be marked as a success, and the briquette machine can be put into normal operation.
   Before stopping the machine, make sure that there is no material in the hopper, and after stopping the horse manure briquette press, reverse it for 1 minute to make the material contained in the propeller exit.
