Candidates are given advanced interview techniques, Personality Analysis, Mental Typology Analysis, Competency (Managerial and Employee) Based Interview, English and General Ability and Case Practices, etc., according to the determined systematic methods. tests and evaluations.

At the end of the evaluations, the right candidate is placed in the right department. Candidates are evaluated according to the "Company Employee and Manager Competencies Criteria" in order to be selected and placed correctly.
