Straw pellet machine management methods:

First check whether the spindle of wood pellet maker is tightened, first remove the back of the refueling system, remove the spindle gland, check whether the butterfly spring is out of shape. If the butterfly spring becomes flat, a new butterfly spring should be replaced (the number of butterfly springs and the position of the device should be the same as before disassembly and assembly).Then tighten the locking screw on the main gland, start searching the spindle is wobbly. If it is still wobble, it should be removed from the main gland, with a copper rod pad spindle, with a sledgehammer spindle to ring mold bias to play out, and then remove the spindle seal cover, check whether the spindle bearing is in good condition. If the clearance is too large, the bearing should be removed and replaced with a new bearing, and then installed on the spindle lock in order. In the process of loading the spindle, attention should be paid to the position of the inner ring of the spindle bearing to put the spindle device in place.

The sawdust pellet machine under normal circumstances, after the device is in place, the end face of the main shaft and the end face of the driving wheel difference of 10mm.If it is found that the spline fit clearance is large, the keyway fit clearance is large, the safety pin fit clearance is large, the inner wall of the ring die is out of round, etc., the above parts must be replaced. After the spindle is installed, open the empty machine to check the sloshing situation. After the spindle is normal, the gap between the press roller and the die should be adjusted accurately. The spacing is not good to adjust into a large wall and a small wall, so as to cause the spindle to wobble, the discharge is not smooth, the current is not stable and so on.
