2G - Photovoltaic and Heating Systems

The profitable natural gas CHP by 2G with an electrical output range between 20 and 50 kW is called g-box. It is ideally suited to highly frequented and noise-sensitive areas such as hotels and education institutes while also shining with excellent efficiency scores. This unit is the ideal complement to existing photovoltaic and heating systems. At the same time, its installation and operation are pleasingly simple, so you can focus on your core activity while the CHP is making you money.

2G - Natural Gas Module

The agenitor series by 2G is available in the output range from 220 kW to 450 kW. Both natural gas and biogas can be used as fuel. The development team at 2G Drives GmbH, 2G Energy AG`s research and development company, has achieved excellent results in terms of the efficiency of combined heat and power plants by optimising gas motor technology. The use of steel pistons has greatly reduced frictional power and heat losses. The four-valve technology enables highly efficient gas exchange in the combustion chamber. A micro-processor controlled ignition system ensures that the ignition time and ignition energy are optimally adjusted to the gas quality.

The avus is a high-performance combined heat and power plant for high electrical power requirements (from 400 kW), which is used in industrial projects or to supply heat grids. Experienced 2G engineers skilled in large motor technology will upon request undertake full project planning and control and provide professional support in the design of peripheral components.

The main component of this series is a ready-to-connect and easy-to-install module equipped with a standard industrial Otto cycle motor, a torsion-resistant steel profile frame, a control cabinet with PLC control and a control unit.
