Our flame arrestors prevent flame propagation by absorbing and dissipating heat using spiral wound crimped ribbon flame cells. These cells allow maximum flow with maximum protection.

ACL combustors are a patented high volume combustion device with up to 1,800,000 scf/d (high pressure) or 100,000 scf/d (low pressure) flow rate capacity for destroying fugitive emissions: tank, casing, or vent gas vapors. Higher volume high pressure combustion can be achieved with taller than standard stacks.

The BGR Rush Burner package is designed to provide an all-in-one combustion solution for tank heaters, free water knockouts, boilers, line heaters, de-hys and heater treaters.

The ACL Forced Draft CSC400-FD Combustion Safety Controller is a leading edge burner management system which provides burner ignition and air/fuel ratio control for forced draft burner applications. It monitors three separate thermocouple inputs that can be used for temperature control in process applications such as tanks, heater/treaters, fired separators, line heaters, re-boilers or any other applications where accurate temperature monitoring and/or control is required. The CSC400-FD can be configured to be used on forced draft incinerators, combustors, and air-assisted flare stacks as well. The CSC400-FD provides control for fuel and air ratios for fine tuning. Modbus communications for measurement and control is provided as standard.
