He has more than two decades of experience in the telecom and energy sectors. Mr. Upadhyay is an inventor of many disruptive products and solutions in the telecom energy space, which have seen large-scale commercial success. They have contributed significantly to bring down the call rates by reducing the cost of energy infrastructure.

His dedication and innovation have benefited the nation by bringing down the solar electricity tariff to INR 2.44 per kWh, a historic low in India. Currently, ACME is the leading solar power developer and has built a solar portfolio of over 5 GWp. The Company currently operates over 1.5 GWp of capacity with another 10 GWp under different phases of construction.

Mr. Upadhyay is progressively establishing an organization to excel with a vision of “Building Next-Generation Utility” and a mission of “Providing Sustainable Green Energy at Affordable Rates.”
