The Aerovit soot blower is a system for keeping boilers clean with PLC/Timer controlled shock waves. The system operates on pure compressed air ensuring a continuous cleaning of biomass boilers, economizers, heat exchangers, marine boilers, catalyst elements etc. In a fraction of a second 450 liters of air under high pressure is blown through the special Aerovit valve. This generates a very powerful pressure blow that is led into the boiler construction. The blow eliminates sediments in boiler tubes and boiler compartments in the area in front of the system.

In view of the tight space conditions on some boilers and the possibility of delivering cleaning equipment to water tube boilers, we have designed a rotating soot blower, Aerovit Type R. The system is installed between two tube sections. Its main advantages is that it requires less exterior space and allows an automatic 360° rotation with powerful blasts of compressed air which cleans every inch of the boiler sections.

The Aerovit A75 valve helps our customers to keep the tube plate clean. At the inlet of the convection part the tubes sometimes tend to clog over time. This increases the velocity of the flue gas in the open tubes of the convection part and therefore decreases the efficiency.

Online cleaning of the open pass of boilers in waste-to-energy incinerators and biomass combustion plants. The Aerovit SC-Jet cleaning solution is a unique patented rotating nozzle system that sends concentrated water jets more than 5m on to the heating surfaces for cleaning the boiler during full-load operation of the incinerator.

The valves are controlled by either a mini-PLC, a Timer controller or the customers own PLC. The auxiliary power can be 230V, 24AC, 24DC and 110V. The mini-PLC has the advantage of permitting individual programming for different installations, where the Timer-controller is activating the valves in one specific sequence. Some of our customers integrate the Aerovit system in their own PLC. We will gladly help you in these matters when needed.

As the Aerovit system has integrated, patented equipment that offers protection against heat and corrosion, the valves have a very long service life. Provided that the system is serviced correctly, the service life of the installation will follow that of the boiler. The main wear part is the valve diaphragms. Therefore, we recommend the customer to stock at least one complete spare part kit (standard) for an Aerovit valve. Spare parts can normally be delivered from day to day from our workshop.
