Drum driers for biomass drying the thanks of one`s high efficiency and the great versatility is only effective and ecological driers intended for industrial drying wet wood shavings, wood chips and peat to wood fuel briquette, alternative, renewable fuel and highly ecological. Drum driers can be used for drying and the processing into flour of green feeds so, as grass, lucerne, clover and other about comparable physio-mechanical properties, previously cut to shreds. Moreover it is possible in them to dry material about features similar to green feeds, as marc beet, waste fish and meat, allocated for fodder flour. A possibility of emergency drying the grain also exists with allocating to fodders, after applying the additional radiator the modicum.

Functioning: dried material, carried with a conveyer combined with an extruding screw, gets through a loading connector to the dryer’s drum, where the process of drying takes place. Rotary movement of the drum makes the material to be dried spread inside and move to the outlet. Loss of the material’s moisture happens when the material directly contacts mixture of hot air and exhaust gases.

Functioning: material that is to be dried, goes using a conveyer and a chute down by gravity to the drying drum where the process of drying takes place. In the drum, the material is subjected to drying factor which is a composition of hot air and exhaust gases produced in the process of fuel combustion.
