When space-saving mechanical integration along with specific terminal arrangement and high current carrying capacity are the top design criteria, our custom film cap modules are the ideal answer. An almost unlimited design variety of integrated bus bar and plastic packages allows a direct screw connection to the IGBTs, which besides very low ESR and ESL values also makes the classical snubber capacitors obsolete. These products also meet all compliance requirements.
