AIC - Shell and Straight Tube Heat Exchanger
B6-Series heat exchangers are fabricated with the distinctive AIC thin-tube, high-density design. Intended for use with high fluid flows and close approach temperatures, these robust, compact units are ideal for many residential and industrial applications. B6 heat exchangers have a performance closer to their compact brazed plate type counterparts owing to the unique thin-tube design tailored for flows in pool applications. AIC - Air to Water Heat Exchanger
AICs standard line of E-Line economizers is the optimal solution for boiler flue gas heat recovery. Covering a wide range of boiler sizes, the E-Line delivers real energy and cost savings for commercial and industrial installations. In principle the E-Line economizers act as air to water heat exchangers. Flue gas, typically considered wasted heat, can be effectively cooled down and condensed through the AIC system. This cooling and condensing process releases and transfers excess energy from the flue gas to process fluids flowing through the tubes.
Cobrex - Shell and Tube Copper Double Wall Heat Exchanger
Cobrex is a straight, shell and double wall tube, heat exchanger with visual leak detection. A one-pass vertical design, it is constructed entirely of pure copper with internally corrugated tubes, and closely spaced directional baffles, for maximum heat transfer. Cobrex is an ideal solution for tankless instantaneous, and semi-instantaneous, hot water generation.
PlateBlock - Heat Exchangers
AIC PlateBlock heat exchangers are a compact and durable solution to challenging applications that involve aggressive media, extreme temperatures, and high pressures. Fully welded plate packs with no exposed gaskets, they offer numerous cost, size, and performance advantages.
AIC - Stainless Steel and Coil Heat Exchangers
JAD shell & coil heat exchangers are distinctly characterized by their angular connections, and by the concentric layers of helically corrugated tubes within the shell. This unique design optimizes the performance and heat transfer efficiency of the units. This line of heat exchangers is primarily designed for vertical installations and combined with their compact size, the JAD heat exchangers can be installed in virtually any application where space is a constraint.
AIC - Brazed Plate Heat Exchangers
Brazed plate heat exchangers consist of stainless steel plate plates, which have embossed chevron patterns. The plates are turned 180° to each other, causing the plate ridges to intersect, and creating a lattice of intersecting channels. The fluids can flow in counter-current or co-current way. Special corrugation patterns promote high turbulence flow. Turbulence dramatically improves heat transfer rates and reduces the amount of deposits inside the unit.
