AHPC-Series Cartridges are constructed from a carbon-impregnated cellulose media. Combining the Carbon and cellulose in this fashion creates a dual purpose filter. The sulfur-free carbon powders form a fixed bed Which provide increased carbon treatment capacity. The polypropylene core is surrounded by fine microfibers Which again filters the solution and assures no carbon bleed-off. It helps to reduce the unwanted tastes, odors, and Chlorine found in tap water and many industrial liquids.

AHPPC-SERIES cartridges has been designed primarily for use in removing organics and particulate contaminates from plating, acid, alkaline, and hydrocarbon carbon solutions. The pre-filtering outer shell is strong polypropylene filter (5-8mm) or polyethylene with polypropylene end caps.
