Our oil level indicators 3 01 with vertical float movement display the oil level in hermetically sealed transformer tanks. They indicate if air bubbles have remained in the transformer, if gas has been generated because of an internal failure or if there is an oil leakage at the transformer tank. The indicating field has about 40 mm range. The vertical oil level indicators 3 01 are mounted in the filling pipe on the transformer cover and is sealed with a gasket. It can be mounted on filling socket 1”. The body is made of brass CuZn40Pb2. The vertical transformer oil level indicators 3 01 can be optionally designed for up to - 60 ° C. In order to determine the optimal float rod length for your requirements a formula is available in each data sheet.

The magnetic transformer oil level indicator 1 225 with vertical float movement is used for hermetically sealed transformers. The float movement is transmitted to the display by means of a magnetic clutch. This ensures that, in case of damage to the dome, no oil leakage of the transformer occurs. The body is made of brass. The thread connection of the transformer oil level indicator 1 225 is 1 ½".

The magnetic oil level indicator in accordance with DIN 42569 is used for oil immersed transformers with expansion tank or reactors. They will be mounted onto the expansion tank. The transmission of  float movement is done with a magnetic clutch. This guarantees tightness up to 10 bar.  In case the view dome gets damaged, no oil can leak neither ambient air can enter unintentionally. The magnetic oil level indicator according to DIN 42569 is distinguished in two types: Type A (without switches) und Type B (with one or two NO/NC limit switches).

Our transformer radiator valves DIN 42560 type A and A OR are designed to be welded onto the transformer wall or on connection pipes. The radiator will be flanged on the four M16 holes (PCD=160). The housing of the radiator valve is made of forged steel S355J2G3 and thus not subject to any leakage as it may occur with casted housing. Due to the metal sealed clap a low leakage is permitted while the soft-sealed radiator valve is absolutely oil- and vacuum-tight. Both types are absolutely tight in operation condition to the outside. Our welding neck radiator valves DIN 42560 A NW 80 fulfil the tightness requirements and operating conditions in accordance with DIN 42560 as well as EN 50216-8.

Our transformer radiator valves DIN 42560 type B as well B OR for transformers are designed to be mounted between two flanges or between tank wall flange and radiator flange. The flange is made of forged steel S355J2G3 and thus not subject to any leakage. Flange thickness is h=40 mm with recessed body. Our transformer radiator valves DIN 42560 B and B OR NW 80 fulfill the tightness requirements and operating conditions in accordance with DIN 42560 as well as EN 50216-8. Due to the metal sealed clap a low leakage is permitted while the soft-sealed radiator valve is absolutely oil and vacuum-tight (zero-leakage). Both variations are absolutely tight in operation condition to the outside of the transformer.
