The rack & pinion Pegasus service lift from Avanti delivers a high level of safety for technicians working in wind turbines. The ladder can be assembled from top to bottom in the turbine tower with either fish plates or in addition to these with special stile connectors – depending on the method of installation.

The Climb Assistance system developed by Avanti Wind Systems makes it easier for technicians to climb up and down the ladders inside wind turbines. It must always be installed together with a fall protection system.

The Avanti SWP is available in two sizes and capacities: L for 2 persons and 240 Kg load and XL for 3 persons and 320 Kg load. Due to the easy-buckles, the harness is light, very easy to put on and easy to adjust to the body. The easy adjustment offers possibility to adjust body-length, seat position and position of the hip attachments. The harness also offers the possibility to adjust the position of the back attachment for better comfort and is equipped with a strengthened back support.In an emergency situation, the harness offers the possibility of attaching the response gear in the front or back of the harness. Avanti also offers a lightweight version of the harness named “Tamarin Light”.
