In Condensing type steam turbine the steam is expanded upto maximum available vacuum pressure. The straight condensing type finds application in industries where power generation is primary objective. In this type turbines usually bleeds are taken for heaters and Deaerator. Arani can provide Turbine for both Water Cooled Condenser and Air Cooled Condenser

It is one of the most complex in terms of design and operation. It provides a constant pressure steam through a controlled extraction at various loading conditions of the turbine based on process variations. A control valve in steam path is provided at a predetermined stage. A partial steam flow is drawn out of the turbine at a constant pressure to meet process requirement. Controlled extraction condensing type turbines are usually used in Co-generation application and offer maximum cycle efficiency to the user. Arani can also provide customized bleed along with extraction, if desired. Arani can provide Turbine for both Water Cooled Condenser and Air Cooled Condenser.

The steam in the back pressure turbine is expanded to the predetermined pressure and sent to the process requirement. Usually this type of turbines are used in cogen applications. For same power rating the cost of turbine is less compared to Condensing Turbine due to its small size. Condenser is not used in this type of Turbines. Arani can also provide customized bleed along with extraction, if desired.
