Operation and maintenance training for our plants is standard in Aries Clean Energy agreements, and we recommend that customer technicians be a part of the construction and commissioning phases to help them understand the entire system and its components. At the same time, we are also willing to enter into complete facility O&M contracts for the systems we provide. This arrangement gives our customers a predictable budget line item, and transfers the personnel and training responsibilities to us.
