Litter Plier BLP1  Scissor handled Plier for fast litter retrieval. Rugged for the toughest job yet light enough for all day use. The handles are sized to accommodate the gloved hand and biased to the open position by an internal torsion spring. Easily carried in the relaxed hand a squeeze of the thumb and the litter is gripped, a flick of the wrist sees the litter into the bag. Available in 3 standard lengths: 80cm., 85cm. and 90cm. Longer 95cm., 100cm. and 120cm. lengths can be made to order with aluminium or composite carbon fibre tubes providing the spring wire limb controller is fitted to prevent gripper crossover; when a large object is encountered the spring-wire-ends can be twisted to release the otherwise captive tube to allow full opening. Handle colours: green or orange.  Weight: BLP1-85 = 500g.

Litter Pliers go where machines fear to tread. With heavy duty angled handle & multi-finger operation this plier becomes a virtual in-line extension to the forearm allowing point ahead close & grip operation, as may be the speed preference for use with a barrow in a busy street environment.  Proven G2 “tip-toe” grips confidently clamp litter from a needle to a 2-litre bottle. The optional GT griper’s scrape capability is useful for separating lightly adhered deposits from the pavement. Available in overall lengths of 30”, 32” & 34” with aluminium tubes with a 37” variant fitted with composite carbon fibre tubes can be made to order. Where required to provide electrical insulation the 30 & 32” lengths can be built to order with composite  glass fibre tubes and GT grips.
