The Castlet MCS II Automatic Voltage controller is the major component of a system designed to increase both the operational and functional efficiency of electrostatic precipitators and associated peripherals. This is achieved through the use of a combination of intelligent control algorithms and the tight integration of key system components. The MCS II can operate without the need for application specific software. The use of Flash ROM allows firmware upgrades to be made from an external laptop computer, avoiding the need to exchange onboard hardware (EPROM’s).

The EC3239 Voltage Divider is designed to monitor medium and high voltage distribution systems and electrostatic processes such as Electrostatic Precipitators. The 0-20 mA proportional current output signal is suitable for monitoring DC voltages up to 100KV.
