Photovoltaic Modules Recycling Services

We ensure that dismantled photovoltaic modules are collected and recycled in a sustainable and affordable manner. Two methods of return are open to you: Disposal in small numbers: If you want to dispose of old modules, please send the completed and signed form `PV CYCLE: Delivery enquiry` to solarsysteme@baywa-re.com or by fax to +49 (0)7071 9898710. We`ll gladly call you back after checking the form and arrange a transfer date. The transfer point is our storage facility in Tuebingen. We regret that we cannot arrange for the collection of modules.

Asset Management

Our Asset Management team brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the operations and management of utility scale wind power plants. Our team maximizes the availability of the assets it manages with in-house plant monitoring, data analysis, and turbine optimization capabilities which drives a high level of performance. With multiple turbine platforms under management, and with partnerships among specialized providers, our team effectively troubleshoots any issue from minor problems to major repairs. In addition, we are managing all administrative aspects including but not limited to contract management, accounting, audits etc for our own and third party wind projects.

Professional Construction Management

We provide professional construction management for your wind turbines, short construction times and high quality standards. With our international procurement network, we are your single source for all your requirements: from constructing peripheral equipment (roads, crane pads, foundations, electrical infrastructure) to construction and commissioning of the wind turbines. Our project managers bring significant experience of delivering projects on time and on budget and our financial strength and structures enable us to hand over our projects to investors on a turnkey basis.

Experience & Quality

From as early as 2005, we have been injecting, trading and providing grid management and accounting services for biomethane. In Germany, trade takes place at the physical injection and extraction points, or alternatively via virtual trading points. This makes trading possible throughout the country and beyond the actual trading region. BayWa r.e. prepares the necessary proof of origin via the German Energy Agency (dena) biogas register and provides the required services within the context of grid management and accounting, from quantity certification, through to billing.

Ever since the business was founded 20 years ago, we have developed in-house service concepts and technologies that have led us, almost inevitably, to be able to provide a level of service that now defines the standard for the wind turbine sector. Our range of services are oriented on technological developments, innovative material research and application techniques for repair and processing that are state of the art – our services have a range and depth that`s hard to beat. This applies to the service and repair work required on site as part of servicing rotors, just as much as the fibre composite technologies applied in the rotor blade reconstruction at our works. When it comes to rotor optimisation, new technologies now enable us to correct rotor imbalances and pitches, be they due to mass or statics.
