The 3-Spike Disposable Set is the only disposable required to operate The Belmont Rapid Infuser at its full range of flow rates. The set is color-coded for easy installation and is packaged pre-assembled with connections made between the heat exchanger, reservoir and patient line. Medical grade stainless steel rings within the sterile fluid path contain a very large surface area, resulting in an immeasurably minute difference in temperature between the heat exchanger and fluid. The reservoir can be swapped out mid-case for the larger 3.0L Reservoir via quick-connect luer fittings.

The Reservoir and Heat Exchanger Set consists of four heat exchangers with patient line and four 3.0 L reservoirs and is designed to facilitate cases requiring large volumes of fluid. Connection between the reservoir and heat exchanger must be made by the end-user.
