Biogaz System Depollution Valorisation (BSDV) products

BSDV-puce We developed and put in operation an original system of biogas extraction that combines the deep capture of vertical wells with a horizontal draining. This technique was later applied to a great  number of projects. The BSDV capture system allows the draining and the re injection of liquid residue of the landfill according to needs. Our nets are equipped with biogas captivation – patented BSDV – that permit the depressurizing adjustment of the extraction net, according to the quantity of extracted methane.

Manufactured with flexible composite materials, assembled by high frequency welding, the BSDV gasometers are a fusion of the best developed technologies available on the market of gas stockpiling. The gasometer permits the in time production uniformity and the stockpiling of biogas for valorization.

The biogas extracted from the gasometer is directed to the destruction unit, where the gas mixture burns until the combustion of its main elements. The destruction unit has as a function to regulate the excessive gas, result of the difference between the production and the biogas consumption of the treatment station. The BSDV destruction unit carry out the total gas combustion, without an outside atmospheric incineration flame on the exterior of the respective pipe in compliance with the regulations. Our units work by the pressure of the gasometers or biodigesters. They are equipped with safety operating devices and automatic regulators.
