The gas is cleansed of contaminants that are hazardous to the device after achieving the right gas temperature and humidity. The equipment is designed in accordance with the customer’s specifications and technical characteristics. The scope of supply can include both an active carbon filter unit and cleaning gas preparation equipment or a complex compound.
