Biomass Silo Systems products

Our standard rectangular footprint silos are manufactured from galvanised steel and allows users to benefit from increased capacity without the need to increase the height of the silo. Capacities range from 6 – 20 ton with standard footprints of 2mX4m, 1mX3m and 1mX4m. A range of different silos bases can be manufactured either to suit our own boiler feed options or alternatively to integrate third party boiler feed systems when required

Our range of small wood pellet hopper are designed for manual loading in area’s where there is not enough space for a silo capable of taking bulk deliveries. Available in both indoor and outdoor models with capacities ranging from 80kg to 1.0 ton these units offer the convenience of storing large amounts of bagged pellets and are designed for quick and easy assembly.

Vacuum extraction is the gentlest method of transferring pellets from a silo to the boiler. Pellets can be transported ditances of up to 20m and the fully flexible vacuum hose allows pellets to be transported in any direction required and even around corners. A built in filter extracts dust from the pellets meaning only clean fuel reaches the boiler. All of our vacuum options are quick and easy to install with all makes and models of boiler.

For those wishing to build their own storage area, we provide a full range of silo accessories sold separately. Bulk delivery couplings, smooth bore clip ducting pipework and a choice of different size impact protection mats allow flexibility in design while keeping dust creation during the filling process to a minimum.
