Bioretur - Super Heated Steam Fish Sludge Dryer

Bioretur's advanced drying technology utilizes Super Heated Steam (SHS) to efficiently process fish sludge into a hygienized, storage-stable powder with a 90% dry solids content. This system operates in an oxygen-free environment, significantly reducing the risk of fire and explosion while ensuring no gas emissions are released into the atmosphere. The SHS dryer swiftly achieves up to 99% dry solids content, delivering a fully sterilized product. Despite its powerful capabilities, the dryer maintains a compact, vertical design that conserves facility space. With minimal rotating parts, it boasts low maintenance demands and high reliability, consistently providing high uptime. The inclusion of a heat recovery loop optimizes energy use by leveraging the superheated steam’s potential for heat reclamation. Superheated steam, being heated beyond the boiling point without condensation, is an energy-efficient and robust drying medium, contributing to its environmentally friendly operation.
